When two professionals meet they usually talk shop! House Centre Italy came out of an encounter between our engineering expert and a well-known local construction company renowned for its work in reclaiming historical buildings and giving them a chance to live again.

As the project took shape these building professionals decided to follow a simple yet effective three-point plan:

1. direct intervention;
2. low-cost mediation to avoid unnecessary cost increases;
3. a passion for solid construction.

The combination of rigorous project management and a passion for construction with an eye to maintaining the noble characteristics of the past leads to direct intervention and eliminates added costs to the buyer.
